A download manager is designed to "pick up where you left off" in the event of a problem. It may also help the speed of downloading.
These instructions are for Windows users with Internet Explorer or Firefox on a PC.
Follow these steps and we'll have you downloading like a pro in no time!
(If you are not using Windows or Internet Explorer and having problems,
let us know what you're using and we'll look to write a guide for your particular setup.)

Using the Download Manager (3 Steps)
Step 1:
Start your NEW "Download Manager" from the START menu or DESKTOP icon.
(This needs to be done before entering www.channeloz.com.au)
(You can minimise this out the way once it's running – it will still do its job even though you can't see it.)
Step 2:
Open www.ChannelOZ.com.au website and login as per normal.
(If you are a Fairies Viewer, you must enter via the Fairies Web Site)
Step 3:
Use ChannelOZ normally now!
Preview video clips & music now on Channel Oz and add to your shopping basket the ones you like. When you have finished selections, click on VIEW CART and DOWNLOAD your purchases once paid.
Now Free Download Manager will spring into action and help you out! Free Download Manager will connect to the server and begin downloading your file.
While it downloads, you do have a couple of options you can select:
- 'Launch download when it is completed (will open the video when the download is complete.)
- 'Close this dialog when download is completed or stopped' will do just as it says.
My Download stopped and it didn't work!
Here's where it all happens!
If your download should stop for any reason, simply open your new "download manager" and you will see the file listed ready to continue downloading. Right click the file and select "start downloading" and your file will pick up where it left off!
And this should fix your downloading problems!
